Thanks to it, your VPS will be included in our own custom–made server monitoring system, which will monitor all the key services. And in case of any service problem, our skilled system administrators will be warned right away and they will resolve the problem as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server definitely isn’t the simplest thing in the world. You will either need to use a different server or your PC, alternatively rely on a 3rd–party software. Our company offers a much simpler solution with our Managed Services offer. We will create a complete backup of your virtual server once a week, so you never need to be scared of permanently losing any important information. And we can always retrieve a backup copy very quickly. All the backups are placed on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost endless set of options, you will often have to install additional software packages. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services package, which allows you to ask any of our skilled sysadmins to install and configure any kind of software and to take care of any problem that you’re experiencing with the Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
